PRE-SCHOOLERS 3-4YRS

 

Young children love to move- it helps them to feel good about themselves and it helps them to learn.
Our pre-schoolers classes are structured to develop your little ones natural love of movement, music and dance. Our fun classes are designed to introduce fundamental movements of basic dance in an age appropriate & safe manner teaching the relationship of music to movement, musical interpretation, spatial awareness, stretching & flexibility, concentration, left/right discrimination, listening skills, memory, balance and co-ordination.

GIRLS 5-12YRS

Our aim is to provide a happy & friendly environment where each child is nurtured and valued. Through physie children are provided with opportunities for achievement & enjoyment while developing muscle control, co-ordination, strength, balance, good posture, musical interpretation, stretching & flexibility, concentration, listening skills, memory, social skills, healthy body image and confidence. We offer five types of dance and exercise in one class. Girls LOVE to dance so why not give it a try and meet some new friends. Best of all they'll never get bored! There are optional competitions for individuals and club teams, as well as performance opportunities for all.

TEENS & YOUNG WOMEN

 

Our classes for teens and young women focus on fitness and a healthy body through our exercise and dance routines. Benefits include co-ordination, strength, balance, good posture, stretching & flexibility, healthy body image. Besides the physical benefits, Physie provides a chance to meet new friends whilst getting fit at the same time. Classes consist of dance routines choreographed to age appropriate music including hip hop, ballet, strength & balance routines, jazz, Contemporary, flexibility & floor routines. There are optional competitions for individuals and club teams, as well as performance opportunities for all.

LADIES

 

Our classes for ladies focus on fitness and a healthy body through our exercise and dance routines. Benefits include co-ordination, strength, balance, good posture, improving flexibility, healthy mind & body. Besides the physical benefits, Physie provides a chance to meet new friends whilst getting fit at the same time. There are many social events outside of class times which are enjoyed by all. Physie has been responsible for many lifelong friendships forming. A lot of our older members have returned to physie after doing it as a child and returning many years later.

MOTHER & DAUGHTERS

 

Physie is a great sport and one of the best things about it is that mothers and daughters of all ages can take part. At Woy Woy Rec Physie some of our families have 3 generations participating and competing.
